Clarification Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

 

Dear DG Pack Store guests, Maximum Medical Health Systems CO LTD (referred to as "DG PACK STORE" in the text) processes your personal data in the capacity of "Data Controller" in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. and we take great care to take the necessary administrative and technical measures accordingly. For this reason, we would like to inform you about our processes of processing your personal data and your rights under KVKK through the "Disclosure Notice on the Processing of Personal Data."

 

A. Your Processed Personal Data

 

We will need to request information about individuals who are members of the DG PACK STORE, such as:

• Personal information (date of birth, nationality)

• Enroll in loyalty programs

• Participating in customer surveys (eg Guest Satisfaction Survey)

• New product and category notifications

• Subscribe to newsletters to receive offers and promotions via email.

 

3- Transmission of information to third parties:

 

• Issues related to the manufacturing companies, logistics and payment systems whose products are sold on dgpackstore.com during the product delivery stages.

 

4. Internet activities:

 

• Link to DG Pack Store websites (IP addresses, cookies)

• Online forms (e-information, surveys, DG Pack Store pages on social networks, network login systems such as Facebook login, etc.).

 

B-The Processing Method and Legal Reason of Your Personal Data

 

Within the scope of fulfilling the requirements of the products offered in the DG Pack Store, your Personal Data can be shared with the following methods and means in order to carry out shopping and other service processes and/or to fulfill all obligations of DG PACK STORE, including legal obligations, within the framework of the purposes specified in article 3 of the Notice. Your personal data; It is processed for the following legal reasons in Article 5 of the Law No. 6698; I. Having your express consent,

ii. clearly stipulated in the law,

iii. If you are unable to express your consent due to actual impossibility, or if your consent is not legally valid, it is mandatory for the protection of your or someone else's life or physical integrity,

iv. Processing personal data in connection with the establishment or performance of a contract,

v. It is compulsory for the fulfillment of our legal obligations,

vi. The person concerned has been made public by himself,

vii. Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and

viii. It is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,

Your Private Health Data are processed depending on your explicit consent or in case the conditions numbered in Article 6 of the Law are fulfilled.

Your personal data; It is processed in accordance with the Identity Reporting Law No. 1774, the Tax Procedure Law No. 213, the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other relevant legal regulations.

DG Pack Store, in the processing of your Personal Data, the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international agreements to which our country is a party, EU data protection legislation and KVKK, especially the data specified in the relevant legal legislation.
