We can perform this service at our customers' own locations or at the Jettro Logistics operation center in accordance with customer demand. In addition to the packaging service for this type of products, we also offer inland shipping according to customer demand.

In addition to the materials used to maintain production and daily life, the transportation of materials needed especially in developing cities and industrial facilities has increased the importance of existing transportation processes. A- The timely and safe distribution of these products is as important as the preparation of dosage forms in which the radiopharmaceuticals routinely used by Nuclear Medicine are administered to the patient. Radiopharmaceuticals are a special group of drugs and are obtained before they are administered to the patient. Due to their characteristic features, they must be prepared before use and shipped at the appropriate time due to their short half-lives.
B- Radioactive sources are used in many areas for radiography, density and humidity, radioscopy, process control, irradiation, analysis and security. Radioactive materials used for industrial purposes are subject to different types of licensing according to the areas in which they are used. Such resources are licensed and inspected by the Turkish Atomic Energy Agency for controlled use, transportation and storage. Jettro is authorized to transport, operate, import, export and sell open and closed radioactive sources with 16741-IL-1 received from the Turkish Atomic Energy Agency. A- Turkey has completed its studies within the scope of the "REGULATION ON THE TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS BY ROAD (ADR)" to which it is a party within the scope of the European Union acquis, with the "REGULATION ON THE TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS BY ROAD" published in the Official Gazette on October 24, 2013 under the responsibility of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications. New regulations have started to be implemented regarding transportation with Pursuant to Article 33 of this regulation; It is stated that "Enterprises performing activities within the scope of the regulation must employ a dangerous goods safety consultant (TMGD) or receive service from a dangerous goods safety consultant according to the provisions of ADR Section 1.8.3". |
